Whilst our own internal escalation methods ensure that there is always an individual technician available to begin working on any incoming incident or request, we utilise an industry best-practise IT Service Management tool to track all issues and ensure we are meeting, and usually well exceeding our Service Level Agreement with you.
As part of our onboarding process we carry out a thorough audit of your IT estate to ensure we have a full record of all technology employed. We use this information to build a bespoke ‘Service Catalogue’ for your business. This is an in-depth list of all IT systems in use, together with key service information, to ensure we are able to efficiently support your business.
The Service Catalogue includes details of all relationships with third-party organisations, including software vendors and internet providers.
This is our underpinning service designed to minimise downtime through the proactive monitoring and ongoing maintenance of networks, servers and PCs.
Enable will implement a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool throughout the network which provides us with a wealth of information, including overall network health, disk space, security breaches, patch management and many other key pieces of information.
By utilising our RMM platform, most issues can be resolved remotely, through diagnostic tools and screen sharing where appropriate. Our technology ensures we’re able to fix most issues without the need for a site visit; when one is required however we will attend as required.
